Sometimes failing to plan is planning to fail. This adage is supposed to imply that planning is one of the key ingredients to success -- but whoever came up with this overlooked one important detail: it doesn't matter how much you "plan" if the person planning is a complete and total idiot.

An idiot trying to rob a lottery ticket shop in Brazil places his gun on the counter only for it to get stolen a second later by a bystander who seemingly books it. Funnily enough, he doesn't seem to register the loss of his handgun and starts doing the panicked "where are my keys" dance before hastily exiting stage left.

But then, best of all, the idiot not only leaves his hammer, but then returns just to take his helmet off for the CCTV and any other cameras present. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up. Genius.
